Select Namespaces

Most pages use the namespace selection in the left sidebar. Use Select all to include every namespace visible to your BeaverDeck role, or select only the namespaces relevant to your task.

If your role has a namespace list, BeaverDeck filters namespace choices to that list. Cluster-scoped pages such as Nodes, PVs, StorageClasses, CRDs, and Cluster Roles do not depend on the selected namespace in the same way.

Permissions: a namespaced action must pass the role namespace list, the application namespace policy, and Kubernetes RBAC. An empty role namespace list means all namespaces allowed by the other two layers. See Permissions.
